One of our clients, a leading player in the consumer goods industry, had access to various data sources, both internal and external, but they were not able to leverage them in a coherent way. They needed a solution that could create new enriched metrics to answer their strategic questions, equipping themselves with a deeper understanding of their market performance and consumer behaviour.
Redslim helped them to consolidate and integrate data from five external data providers and two internal data streams, covering different aspects of the product journey, such as sales, prices, distribution, promotion, and consumer panel. Redslim created new indicators that could measure the drivers of sales growth, the consumer behaviour across channels and the performance of brands and categories.
As a result, the client was able to gain new insights from their data and make data-driven decisions for their business. They were also able to align their teams around the same set of information and speak the same language across the organization.
