Delivering RMS and CPS Insights into PowerBI

PowerBI is a widely used tool for data visualization and analysis, but it requires technical expertise to set up and maintain reports on complex datasets such as RMS and CPS. Our client, a global company with multiple local teams, wanted to leverage PowerBI to share consistent and analysis-ready reports across their organization, based on a harmonized data structure for their market data sources.

Redslim took on the challenge of designing and creating PowerBI reports for the client, using our deep knowledge of RMS and CPS data and metrics. We worked closely with the client to understand their needs and preferences, and delivered a set of reports that met their expectations and aligned with their data journey.

The project involved transitioning old reports and creating new ones in Power BI, using the client’s existing architecture. We handled the collection, transformation, masking, and calculation of data from various data sources including NIQ, Kantar and Circana, and ensured the accuracy and quality of the reports. We also provided training and support to the users, who were able to access and refresh the reports in a matter of hours.

The project was completed in three months, and resulted in a successful adoption of PowerBI by the client. Today, Redslim continues to manage the data and reports for the client, delivering insights to users across HQ and local teams, without any burden on the client CMI teams.
