Enhancing data usage and collaboration with Redslim SPRINT

Our client, a global personal care company, had access to rich data from 40+ markets, but they were not able to engage their audience with their reports. They needed a solution that could redesign their reports and increase data usage to improve collaboration among different teams.

They partnered with Redslim to leverage our activation and reporting expertise and SPRINT, a powerful online front-end that allows users to create, share, and collaborate on reports. Redslim worked with the client to define different personas and understand their needs, and then created a full set of online reports customized for brands and regions. The reports were presented in a more user-friendly and interactive way, with features such as filters, drill-downs, and comments. What is more, Redslim also provided training and support to the client to ensure a smooth adoption process and a continuous improvement of the reports.

As a result, the client increased the number of end users. Using the easy sharing of reports via URLs, the client established new collaborations among different teams.
